Events Management
Our online event management system allows a school to create and manage an unlimited number of events online, enabling website visitors to register for events through online forms. The system has many features, including pre-registration, event archiving, RSVP management, attendance management and restriction, online payment (secure hosting required), and pre-event and post-event memos. Additionally, for those who have a registered account (e.g. members of the parent community), a list of "who's coming" can also be incorporated into the layout.
The Event Management system has a data export component to allow the school to easily pull down data for a particular event in order to run mail merges and other reports locally. The Event Management system is integrated with both the Calendar system and the Email Broadcast module, so that events can show up in the calendar displays throughout the site and the School can easily send emails to groups associated with an event.
